We use this information to manage Private Alpha access, understand which database workflows matter to potential users, contact you about Recern, respond to questions and protect the website. We do not sell your personal information or use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.
Services that process data
Waitlist submissions are stored in Notion. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to verify that a submission is legitimate. If configured, GDPR-friendly analytics help us understand aggregate website use, and an email delivery provider sends internal signup notifications. These providers may process information in countries where they operate under their own terms and safeguards.
Legal basis and retention
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we process waitlist information to take steps you request, based on your consent, and for our legitimate interests in running and securing the service. We keep submissions while the Private Alpha program is active and as needed to manage access, resolve abuse or meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw from future Recern updates. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, request portability or complain to a data protection authority.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Recern develops and will publish the revised date on this page.
