Recern software
Recern Workspace is in an early version and is provided free of charge and as is. Test it before relying on it with important databases, and keep Safe Mode on for production. Recern Vector is open source under the MIT or Apache-2.0 license, and that license governs its use.
Recern content
The website, branding, design, text and other Recern materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them beyond ordinary personal or internal evaluation without permission.
Availability and third-party services
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. It may contain or depend on third-party services, and those services are governed by their own terms. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or the downloads.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Recern makes no warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Recern is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or Recern software.
